Your Fairway

Empower top-level management to make solid strategic decisions and build a sustainable corporate platform.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of corporate projects, while strictly monitoring progress and enforcing adherence to strategic goals.
Be responsible for OKR steering across the entire company.
Implement and optimize data-driven decision-making processes at the C-level.
Prepare data analyses, strategy papers, and management presentations.
Draft and review contracts with business partners.
Monitor and improve daily workflows in the company.
Take ownership of ESG initiatives and reporting.
Take responsibility for clear internal and external communication, ensuring transparent information distribution.
Act as the primary point of contact for investors and other business stakeholders.

Your Scorecard

Outstanding academic credentials with a degree from a leading university.
A minimum of six years of experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or a similar role.
Strong analytical thinking skills and a proven interest in legal topics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Strategic thinking ability to support business decisions effectively.
Tech-savvy with excellent proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Fluency in English is essential (proficient German is beneficial).
Adaptable to changing requirements and capable of working in an agile environment.
