• Support sales and profitability by analyzing customer satisfaction and reporting trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and field reps through regular communication and teamwork.
• Assist in driving sales and operational excellence by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and collaborating with the team to achieve results.
• Help with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new team members.
• Contribute to the development and coaching of field staff, providing regular feedback and support.
• Address performance issues collaboratively and constructively.
• Foster a positive team culture where everyone feels motivated, valued, and connected.
• Ensure training requirements are met and support the team’s learning and growth.
• Build relationships and network with course management groups.
• Participate in regular check-ins and reporting with the Vice Golf management team (biweekly).

• 1–3 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience; experience in golf sales/service is a plus.
• Interest in learning about technical golf equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to take initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Enthusiasm for building customer relationships and driving sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools and apply them consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions.
