Our international Marketing team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated full-time Content Creator (m/f/x) focused on TikTok & YouTube Shorts to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Your Fairway

  • Content Creation: Plan, film, and produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • Editing: Cut and edit videos, optimized for performance and retention.
  • Creative Ideation: Develop and test new formats, trends, and storytelling approaches to maximize engagement.
  • Behind-the-Scenes Content: Capture authentic, transparent moments that give real insights into our brand and daily operations.
  • Entertainment Focus: Create content that people genuinely enjoy watching, not just traditional advertising.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them quickly into relevant content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Design and Product teams to align content with brand direction.

Your Scorecard

  • Experience in filming and editing short-form videos (CapCut or similar tools). Bonus: A proven track record of creating high-performing, widely engaging content.

  • A strong understanding of platform specific culture and dynamics on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

  • A good sense of storytelling, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling.

  • You enjoy being in front of the camera and feel confident presenting yourself.

  • A creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and try new things.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus, not required).

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on mentality.

  • Interest in golf and understanding of the sport's culture and community is a plus.
