Now we want to build on these learnings, scale what works and turn Corporate & Promotional Sales into a significant B2B business for Vice Golf.

We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Business Development Manager (all genders welcome) who enjoys winning new customers, testing new routes to market and building something that does not yet have a finished playbook.

You do not need to tick every box. You may bring experience from promotional products or merchandise, proven B2B sales skills, or a strong commercial background in golf, sporting goods or lifestyle. What matters is that you can sell, learn quickly and turn opportunities into business.

• Promotional & Merchandise: You have worked in promotional products, corporate gifting, textile customization, branded merchandise, or an event or advertising agency and understand how customer-specific projects come together.

• B2B Sales: You are a Sales Manager, Account Executive, New Business or Business Development professional with a proven ability to approach prospects and win new customers.

• Golf, Sports & Lifestyle: You have sales or business development experience in golf, sporting goods or lifestyle, understand the market and ideally bring a relevant network.

• Grow our Corporate & Promotional business by actively identifying, approaching and winning new customers and partners.

• Own opportunities from first contact to proposal, negotiation and order, and build relationships that create repeat business.

• Test different customer segments, offers and routes to market, learn quickly from results and scale what works.

• Develop creative Vice solutions for companies, events and partners, from customized golf balls and clubs to accessories, bundles, gifting concepts and new ideas.

• Build relationships with companies, promotional product distributors, merchandise partners, agencies and relevant industry networks.

• Use our D2C customization business and international Retail Sales network to identify leads and unlock additional B2B opportunities.

• Work closely with Sales, D2C, Marketing, Product, Design and Operations to turn customer ideas into commercially viable solutions.

• Help simplify the customer journey and turn successful approaches into clear, repeatable sales processes.

• Use CRM, AI and digital tools to find leads, understand the market, manage your pipeline and work smarter.

• Bring market feedback into the business and help shape the next stage of Corporate & Promotional Sales, including new capabilities, scalable processes and future team growth as the business develops.

• Commercial creativity: You can combine customer needs, brand, product and economics into attractive solutions.

• Hands-on mentality: Calls, meetings, offers, events or improving a process - you step in where needed.

• Tech curiosity: You naturally use CRM, AI and digital tools to improve prospecting, execution and learning.

• Ideally 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, promotional products, merchandise, sporting goods or a comparable commercial role.

• Fluent in German and English

• Willing to travel, meet customers and attend relevant industry events.
