Our international Sales team, based in Munich / distributed across the globe (position is based in Munich) is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Ready to embrace your Vice?

Your Fairway

Strategically lead and develop retail sales across DACH, UK, USA, Canada, and new markets (e.g. Dubai, Australia)
Lead the Sales team at our Munich headquarters, including direct people leadership
Manage and optimize online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon), including performance analysis and identifying growth opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen our brand presence globally
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure an integrated sales approach

Your Scorecard

Several years of experience in a senior sales role, ideally with international responsibility
Proven success in retail and e-commerce sales, including marketplace experience (e.g. Amazon)
Detailed Knowledge about the Golf-Ecosystem incl. Equipment
Strong leadership skills and experience in building, developing, and motivating teams
Strategic thinker with a strong hands-on mentality
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
