Our international Sales team, based in Munich / distributed across the globe (position is based in Munich) is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Ready to embrace your Vice?


Your Fairway
  • Strategically lead and develop retail sales across DACH, UK, USA, Canada, and new markets (e.g. Dubai, Australia)
  • Lead the Sales team at our Munich headquarters, including direct people leadership
  • Manage and optimize online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon), including performance analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen our brand presence globally
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure an integrated sales approach


Your Scorecard
  • Several years of experience in a senior sales role, ideally with international responsibility
  • Proven success in retail and e-commerce sales, including marketplace experience (e.g. Amazon)
  • Detailed Knowledge about the Golf-Ecosystem incl. Equipment
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in building, developing, and motivating teams
  • Strategic thinker with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
